(d) For payment processing, Trendify works with third-party providers like Razorpay. If you use Razorpay for payments, relevant data (e.g., name, address, email, order details, payment information) is processed directly by Razorpay and not stored on our Platform. Trendify is not responsible for the use of your information under their privacy policies.

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to track trends, manage the Platform, enhance marketing efforts, monitor user preferences, and collect demographic data. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may limit access to certain Platform features or services.

7. Additional Information

(a) Location Data: If you access the Platform via a telecommunication device and grant location permissions, we may collect precise or approximate location data from your device (e.g., via IP address or when the Platform is active).

However, Trendify is not responsible for intercepted information transmitted over the internet, and you release us from claims related to unauthorised use of such information.

9. Deleting Your Information

To delete your account or Personal Information, send a request to trendifytechnologies@gmail.com. Unless required by legal or regulatory obligations, we will erase your data and cease communications related to your selected services upon receiving your request.

10. Applicable Law

Your use of the Platform is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from your use shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts in Odisha, India, and you irrevocably consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Complaints and Grievance Redressal

For feedback, complaints, or questions, we will record any Personal Information provided to address your communication effectively.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

12. Additional Terms

(a) By using the Platform, providing your information, or availing our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in this Policy, including sharing as outlined. Even non-registered users' information may be collected if provided by a registered User to facilitate services.
(b) Changes to this Policy will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, please discontinue use.
(c) During registration, mandatory and optional fields are indicated. Declining to provide information may limit access to certain services, for which Trendify is not liable. Information freely available in the public domain is not considered sensitive or confidential.
